Flamingo Stool

Inspired by the gracefulness and confidence of the flamingo bird's one-legged stance, this stool makes a great functional conversation piece. Apart from it being a stool, it can be used as a plant stand or a small table for a child. It comes in three different heights.

  • Width 28cm, Depth 34cm, Height = 47cm [Mini]
  • Width 28cm, Depth 32.2cm, Height 57cm [Regular]
  • Width 28cm, Depth 37.8cm, Height 65cm [High]

Comes in two different wood types: Tanguile and Teak. The kiln dried tanguile (or meranti) timber is sourced from Southeast Asia, and is brownish red in color with straight grains. This is recommended for indoor or lanai use as it is not an all-weather wood. The kiln dried teak is sourced from Southeast Asia and Latin America, and has an attractive straight grain pattern coupled with a rich golden-brown color.

Ishinomaki Laboratory is a Japanese furniture label of humble origins. What began as a public workshop for the community most devastated by the tsunami in 2011 evolved into a platform that energizes people to reimagine. Merging good design with handmade products is at the core of their creative philosophy. Lamana is Ishinomaki Laboratory's exclusive Philippine-based partner. This collaboration enables local craftsmen to manufacture the label's original designs. Now, Lamana is home to a line of sensible furniture marked by clean lines and straightforward functionality.

Ishinomaki Laboratory honors the materials from which its furniture pieces are made. This practice demands that the wood only be cut when an order is placed––a guarantee that it is accounted for and headed towards a new home. That said, unless otherwise stated, all pieces are made-to-order and require between 15 to 30 days to ship. In the event that the order is completed ahead of schedule, you will receive a notification.
