Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship nationwide. Our products are available for purchase within Metro Manila as well as outside of it.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders made within Metro Manila, we charge a flat rate of P200.00. For orders made within Greater Metro Manila [Alabang, Antipolo, Las Piñas, Parañaque] we charge a flat rate of P400.00. For orders made outside of Metro Manila, we charge a flat rate of P500.00. Shipping costs are calculated based on the average weight of the items and the distance from our warehouse. This likewise takes into consideration the packaging materials utilized.
When will I receive my order?
For orders made within Metro Manila and Greater Metro Manila, orders will take up to 1 to 2 business days to arrive at the designated address upon receipt of payment. For orders made out side of Metro Manila, orders will take up to 5 to 7 business days to arrive at the designated address upon receipt of payment. Depending on the circumstances, it is possible to receive your order sooner. You receive an SMS notification as soon as your order is out for delivery.
For Lamana x Ishinomaki Laboratory Orders
Ishinomaki Laboratory honors the materials from which its furniture pieces are made. This practice demands that the wood only be cut when an order is placed––a guarantee that it is accounted for and headed towards a new home.
That said, all pieces are made to order and require between 15 to 30 days to ship. Depending on the capacity of the workshop, it is possible to receive your order sooner. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is out for delivery.
What is a pre-order item?
Certain items that are visible on the website have yet to be available on-hand. This is likely because the items have just been dispatched from their country of origin (e.g. Japan, Hong Kong, US). As such, there is an allotted waiting period (e.g. 14 days) prior to the arrival of the item at our warehouse. The waiting period will vary per brand.
Note that full payment is required to reserve the item(s). Upon receipt of payment, the item(s) purchased under pre-order will be allocated to the respective customer. The order will be packaged and shipped out immediately following its arrival.
Can I still make changes to my order?
All orders are considered final sale and are non-refundable upon checkout.
How do you package your items?
We take extra care in ensuring that our items are properly cushioned in transit. When and where possible, we prioritize the use of eco materials––such as the use of 3D honeycomb wrap, kraft tape, and corrugated cardboard. These help keep our fragile items secure as well as align with our willingness to live out a more conscious lifestyle.
How do I know that the items are authentic?
All of our items are 100% authentic. This is because we source our items directly from the retailer abroad or from a local authorized distributor. Each item is guaranteed to arrive either in its original packaging or with some form of authentication from the brand or artisan (e.g. artist card).
Why does my product look different from the photo?
Most of our items are handmade by recognized artisans and craftspeople. No two items are identical, so you may expect to see minor differences in form.

For now, we are purely digital. It is our hope to someday welcome you into a physical, curated space.
